This order was placed on July 28th and i didnt receive it until August 26th. Two days shy of a month. It took almost one month to receive two pairs of shoes. Ive sent several emails with no response from anyone concerning my order. Ive reached out via social media platforms and all of my messages were deleted and never replied to. This was truly a terrible, horrendous, unprofessional experience. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company as they would immediately draft the funds from your account and mislead you with delivery expectations of 7-10 business on the website but in actuality you won’t receive your order for a month. I’m still baffled that it took AN ENTIRE MONTH TO RECEIVE TWO PAIR OF SHOES, WHEN THE WEBSITE CLEARLY SET EXPECTATIONS OF 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. NO RESPONSES TO THE PLETHORA OF EMAILS IVE SENT. NO VALID CONTACT PHONE NUMBER TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.
